Nage no Kata

"Kata and Randori are like two wheels of a car. They serve no purpose without each other. The relationship is similar to that of grammar and creative writing. Kata being the grammar upon which Randori, the creative writing of Judo, is based on. A few of our students were able to participate in a Kata clinic given at Treasure Valley Judo Club. Thank you to Lima Sensei for allowing us to come and learn with you! Our day was well spent and our Sensei's and students enjoyed their time. We look forward to working with you again!
